Doc-e-fill is the system that stores
your employee information such as
tax forms, contracts, pay stubs,
benefit elections, etc.
Aesop
Aesop is our substitute employee
management system. Approved
substitutes will use the system to
view and sign up for substitute
openings within our schools.
Current employees will use the
system to record their absences.
Family
Medical Leave (FMLA)
Short
term sub paperwork
Principals recommending approved
subs for short term assignments
should send the following
information:
*subs name & ss#
*name and position of the teacher
replacing
*beginning and end dates (tentative
date if not known)
This information is required to pay
subs the short term rate.
Employee name changes
Employees who need to change
their name should provide a copy
of their signed
social security card with the
correct name along with a
payroll change form.
Employees will receive an e-mail
when the name has been
completed.
