Coach Thornton is back with Evans for his forth season. He is a graduate of Aquinas High School were he played and coached for Coach Jackson.

He is married to Kristen Thornton who is a teacher in Columbia County and has 3 children, Emma (1), Reilly (4), and Christian (9).
