The Knights kicked off their off season workouts under the direction of Head Coach Rich Davis  and his entire coaching staff on October 31st, 2007. Coach David and Coach Heredia believe the key to the Knights success in 2007 - 2008 will begin in the weight room getting Bigger, Faster, Stronger.  So good luck to the Knights in the 2007 - 2008 and may you have a SUCCESSFUL Season on your way to the State Finials!
