In order to participate in the graduation ceremony, a student must be eligible to receive the high school diploma (having satisfied the educational requirements for the T/C, T/C+, CP, or CP+ program of study) or a student may be eligible to receive a Special Education diploma or a certificate of performance. The commencement program shall make a distinction between graduates receiving diplomas and those receiving certificates.
