Parent Workshop
Evans Middle School is hosting a parent workshop for Columbia County parents of pre-teens/teens (4th-9th grade) on February 27 from 9am-12pm. Guidance Counselor Barbara Riffle and administration has planned the event with speakers to talk with parents on specific issues: Time management, studying for math CRCT, teens and driving, and internet safety. 2010 Prom
Prom will be Saturday, April 17 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at Evans High School. Tickets on sale now $40.00 during February; $45.00 during March and $50.00 during April. Buy tickets from Mrs. Glover, Mrs. Patterson, and Mr. Powers. Any questions or concerns, please see Mrs. Beverly.
GHSGT Tutoring
Tutoring for the Georgia High School Graduation Test is available from February 1st to March 18th 3:00pm-4:00pm in the following subject areas: Mondays - Math, Tuesdays - Science, Wednesdays - English, Thursdays - Social Studies. Click here for the schedule and more information.
Joint Enrollment
Rising juniors and seniors who are interested in Joint Enrollment at Augusta State University must attend an interest meeting. The two opportunities for this meeting are February 24th and March 12th at 6:30 pm in the ballroom of the Jaguar Student Activities Center. You must reserve a seat for the meeting by contacting the ASU Office of Admissions at 706-737-1632. Click here for more information.
