A.    

To serve as the primary body for the enlistment of community involvement and support for the   Crossroads program.

B.   

To provide a forum for community interaction through regular meetings with school         administrators, community leaders, and students' families.

C.

To develop an information referral system connecting community resources and services with student and their families.

D.

To assist administrators in evaluation of the alternative school's community impact, its use of facilities, and its future needs.

E.

To direct the development of outside financial resources in support of the Crossroads program.
