Friday Night Basketball
The Warriors Basketball Team plays away Friday night, November 20th at Newton County High School.  The game will start at 4:00 p.m.  If you can, please come show your support for the Warriors.  If you need directions to the game, please click here.

Military Families - a company, eKnowledge Corp., has made available free software for your students to prepare for the SAT®.  Please click the link above and fill out the form to obtain your copy of this excellent tool to help your child be prepared for the SAT® test.

Need a Car Wash?  Thanks to a special program through Sparkle Car Wash, you can get your car washed and help the Sports Program at Grovetown High School.  Please see the attached flier for more details.

Silent Auction: If you have some items you would like donate for the silent auction, then please see the attached fliers.  The Silent Auction proceeds will go to benefit the Grovetown High School Basketball program.  The auction will be conducted in the cafeteria on December 12th, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you have any questions about the silent auction please email them to casey.dees@ccboe.net.

Advanced Driving Course:  A behind the wheel program for teens, parents and new drivers: This is an 8 hour course designed and taught by police officers. This course is designed for teens and new drivers.  For more information go to www.fearthis4life.org.

Dec 3rd-           Academic Honors Ceremony 8:00 a.m. in the auditorium

Dec 3rd -          Swim Meet 6:30 pm at the Augusta Aquatic Center

Dec 3rd-           Wrestling Meet at Cross Creek High School 5:00 p.m.

Dec 4th-            JV/Var Basketball Game away at Lakeside High School 4:00 p.m.

Dec 7th-11th     End-of-Course-Testing (EOCT's)

Dec 7th-            National Honor Society Ceremony in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m.

Dec 8th-            Swim Meet 6:30 pm at the Augusta Aquatic Center

Dec 12th-          Silent Auction 12:00 - 2:00 pm in the Cafeteria.  All proceeds go to benefit the Basketball Program.

Dec 14th-          End-of-Course-Testing (EOCT's)

Congratulations:  To Tyler Cook, Sherilyn Harper, and Gwen Angleton for being selected to participate in the All State Chorus that will sing in Savannah on February 24,25, and 26th 2010.

Love and Logic Parent Conference:  There will be a Love and Logic Parent Conference held each Tuesday Mar. 17th - May 5th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Riverside Elementary School.  The cost is $20.00 for  one parent and $35.00 for a couple. Please complete the attached application if you are interested in attending.  The conference provides parenting tips for all ages of children and has received great reviews.
